Supper Club Salad
1 lb of bacon
1 Small red onion
¼ cup cider vinegar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1 cup sugar
cook down, lower heat
Add 1 cup sour cream This makes 1 quart of dressing (8 salads) good for up to 4 days in fridge.
Heat up dressing and add spinach until wilted add rest of ingredients Spinach (bag of) at end 1 hard boiled egg ½ cup prosciutto ½ cup sun dried tomatoes ½ cup candied pecans
