Clouds
When warm air rises and interacts with the cooler atmosphere it begins to condense in the form of clouds.  Let’s try this experiment to see how clouds form.Materials Needed:A large pitcher of hot waterAn empty 2 liter plastic bottle

1 large bowl

A piece of black cardboard

Step 1:  Fill a large plastic bottle to the top with hot water.  Leave it to stand for several minutes.

Step 2:  Afterwards, pour two-thirds of the water into the large bowl.

Step 3:  Stand the bottle in front of the piece of black cardboard, then place the ice cube on top of the bottle.

The warm, moist air in the bottle cools as it meets the cold ice cube.  This results in a misty cloud in the bottle.
