What is your goal in this Fitness Challenge: To lose at least 100lbs, so I can improve my daily living and improve my health. I want to be able to walk up a flight of stairs without feeling like an elephant is standing on my chest, because I am so out of breath. I want to make exercise a habit, and a part of my daily routine.
Why did you apply for the Fitness Challenge? I want to feel better about myself. This is the unhappiest I have ever been in my life. I want a second chance at life. I have completely changed my way of living for the good except my health. I want my kids to be proud of not only the change in my way of living, but the change in attitude towards myself and my self-esteem. I want to be a better person.
