Police nab alleged drug dealer

STERLING, Ill – A drug investigation which began in October 2011 has resulted in the arrest of a young Sterling woman.

On Thursday, January 12th, around 1:30 p.m. Sterling Police arrested Ivanna M. Garcia, 21, of Sterling.

According to police, authorities began the drug investigation in October, 2011.

Garcia is charged with Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance, cocaine.

She was transported to the Whiteside County Jail on this felony charge.
