STERLING, Ill – A convicted drug offender is back behind bars after he allegedly dealt cocaine.

On Monday, January 9th, police arrested Albert L. Larry, 26, of Sterling for three counts of Unlawful Delivery of a Controlled Substance Cocaine, three counts of Unlawful use of a Building and Resisting a Peace Officer.

According to Police, during October and November of 2011, police conducted a drug investigation which resulted in six of Larry’s seven charges.

While police were attempting to arrest the perpetrato Monday, Larry allegedly attempted to flee, resulting in the Resisting a Peace Officer Charge.

Among a series of traffic violations, Larry pleaded guilty in to Obstructing Justice and Possession of Cannabis in August, according to criminal records.
