The Geneseo mother accused of faking cancer had no objection Monday, January 9th to her medical records being released as evidence.

On December 9, 2011, special Prosecutor Jeff Lang subpoenaed Holzman’s records including all exams, labs, and test results between January 1, 2010 and May 31, 2011.

Lang requested records from nine different locations including Hammond-Henry hospital in Geneseo, Trinity Family Medical Associates, Dr. Michael Xu of Peoria, Neurology Associates, Dr. Micahel Cullen of Moline, OSF Saint Frances Medical Center, Trinity Regional Health System, Genesis Health System, and ORA Orthopedics.

Lang also subpoeaed all billing and payment records from those nine locations.

Holzman is accused of stealing more than $10,000 in money and favors from the Geneseo community after she allegedly faked having an inoperable brain tumor.
