ROCK FALLS, Ill.—A Rock Falls man was arrested for allegedly dealing cocaine within 1,000 feet of a housing authority-controlled building.
Police said they filed complaints against Michael Fox, 30, on December 7, 2011. The complaints were filed after a drug investigation in August and September.
Fox faces two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance within 1,000 feet of a Whiteside County Housing Authority (building) and two counts of unlawful delivery of a controlled substance. All four charges are felonies.
Fox was already held in the Whiteside County Jail on unrelated drug charges.
